In July 2022 Dr Brown published her first book, Metabolic Madness. The book pieces together available evidence indicating that metabolic disorders are closely linked to mental disorders. It covers the reasons why ketogenic diets work for mental disorders and neurological disorders and explores challenges and issues relevant to those considering implementing a ketogenic diet to optimise their health.
